ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the motion of the plaintiff,
and upon the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of the Court
pay unto the plaintiff the $400.00 presently held in the registry
of the Court in the above styled cause, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff make the distribution
of said funds pursuant to the plan outlined in its .motion.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
