THIS CAUSE came on .for trial .before the undersigned -
Judge of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the Record, .
a jury having been expressly waived-by the parties; and, the
Court finding that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter
and of the parties; and having reviewed and approved the Petition
submitted by THOMAS BEEBE, .as next friend of the minor Plaintiff, €
SCOTT BEEBE, and having heard the evidence and the discussion of -
counsel for the respective parties, and having approved the
settlement in_favor of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants;

and being fully ..advised in the premises it is thereupon; upon

consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SCOTT BEEBE,
a minor, suing by his next friend and natural guardian, THOMAS
BEEBE, shall have and recover of the from the_ Defendants, JAMES _
MARTIN and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, INC., the sum of $2,000.00; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that THOMAS BEEBE,
individually, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
JAMES MARTIN and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, INC., the sum of $500.00.
