ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come~on before the Court and it being
determined by the Court that the Plaintiff, SCOTT BEEBE, is a
minor whose natural guardian and next friend is THOMAS BEEBE, and
that the amount of the Final Judgment iQ favor of the minor
Plaintiff is within the limit authorized by the applicable Flor-ida
Statutes, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's natural
f~ guardian and next friend, THOMAS BEEBE, shall be and he is hereby
I authorized and directed to collect the amounts of the Final
Judgment heretofore entered against the Defendants, JAMES MARTIN
and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, INC.,~in favor of the minor Plaintiff,
SCOTT BEEBE, and it is further--;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that THOMAS BEEBE, as natural
guardian and next friend of the minor Plaintiff, should be and he
is authorized to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment and
Release which is in proper form and is hereby approved by the Court.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,
THOMAS BEEBE, in his several capacities as aforesaid shall have _
and recover of and from the Defendants the total sum of $2,500.00.
