- PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
The petition of~Ervin~C. Noll respectfully shows:
1. That Alfred Oscar Noll died on December 4, 1979, leaving
no Last Will and Testament, survived by the petitioner, his brother,
and by no mother or father, no other brother or sister,-and no descendant
of a deceased brother or sister, resulting in the petitioner being
the sole and only heir at law of the decedent. Said petitioner was
duly appointed and qualified as personal-representative of the estate
of said decedent on December 27,-1979.
2. The petitioner deems it in the best interest of the estate
! that the following described property be sold:
Apartment No. 30-C, KING MOUNTAIN CONDCNQNIUM
f according to Declaration of Condominium recorded _
~ in Official Records Book 325 at pages 255-352,.
- Public. Records of Martin County, Florida.
3. Petitioner has entered into a Contract for Sale and
' Purchase with Powell Gourley, unmarried, proviving for a sales price in
the amount of X27,000.00, upon terms and conditions as set forth in -
the Contract for .Sale and Purchase, a copy being attached hereto~as
Exhibit "A". It is in the best interest of the estate that said property
be sold Iiursuant to the terms of said Contract in order to pay the

debts of the estate and in order to make distribution of the estate.
WI-~REFORE, petitioner-prays that an Order be entered authoriz-
e
t ing said sale on the terms and conditions herein set forth.
