• ~ I. PREPAYIrII:NT. The seller agrees and hereby grants the buyer the
priviledge to preppay the principal in whole or in part at any
. time without penalty and the seller further agrees that if any
of said principal is paid to it that it shall apply said portion
or all of the principal toward. the release of the specifically
numerated property above from the mortgage above described
held by First Federal Savings and Loan Assocation of Fort
Pierce.
J. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement constitutes the entire agree-
ment between the parties.. Buyers agree that no representations
oral or implied have been made to them to induce them to enter
into this agreement other than those expressly set forth herein.
