ASSIGNMENT OF MOETGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws-of the State of-Florida, party of the first. part,
in consideration of the sum of-Ten Dollars ($10.00) and .other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in_ hand paid by
HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CORPORATION, A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the enaealinq and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date July 23, 1980 made by RONALD L. HOLMES, a single man
and recorded in Official Records Book~3~ Page
or under Clerks file number y°93 7Jnl. Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. LucieCounty, State of Florida to wits
Lot 6, TRADEWINDS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 9,•Page 42, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Together with the note or obligation described .in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
TO HAVE AND TO AOLD THE same unto-the-said party of the second part, its suc- _
cessors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
