2. That it be and is hereby further .ordered that in
th"e event that the. plaintiffs wish to apply to this Court for the
imposition of a Lis Pendens that the plaintiffs may .so apply
in the mann~r required by law and if this Court should decide to,
-grant such an application the plaintiffs would be required to
post a bond in an amount to 'be determ ed by this Court.
