THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Motion of GENERAL
~FIi1Ai~CE COP.PORA'~'ION OF FLORIDA, Plaintiff in the above-styled
cause, fora Default Judl;nent pursuant to Pule 7.170 Florida Rules
of Surunary Procedure, and it appearing to the Court that the
Complaint in the above cause Was filed in this Court on the 21st
day of tiay, 1980, and that the Sumr~OnS and Complaint was duly
served upon the Defendant , IiARI: B . YORE, and that Default was
entered on the ~ dam of July, 1980, in the office of the Clerk
