ORDER
This cause having. come on to be heard on the
Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Relief, and the Court
having considered the evidence presented, and the argument of
Counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in-the premises,
it is therefore, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Petitioner, BARBARA ANN PRINGLE is hereby awarded the
temporary exclusive use of the marital residence, located at
7603 North Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida. Said occupancy
i - shall continue until furthur order of this Court.
f 2. The parties are hereby mutually restrained from inter-
~ fering with, annoying, harrassing, or bothering each other
in any manner whatsoever, until furthur order of this Court.
3. Petitloner BARBARA ANN PRINGLE is hereby awarded the
temporary, exclusive use of all furniture, furnishings,
and appliances owned by the parties until furthur order of
¢ this Court.
4. .Petitioner BARBARA ANN PRINGLE is -hereby awarded the
exclusive temporary use of the 1978 Ford Fairmont automobile

until furthur order of this Court.
