Ridge, New Jersey 07656, and who has established.as his Resident
Agent HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE, 8028 South Federal Highway,
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and who is qualified under the
laws of the State of Florida to serve as Personal Representative °
of the decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment-
as Personal Representative because he was so designated in the
Last Will and Testament of decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:

decedent: $50,000.00.
Non Homestead real estate located in Florida: $25,000.00

24, 1967, is in the possession of the Court or accompanies this
Petition.
Petitioner requests that the Decedent's Will be admitted
