of such event~i, I give; devise and bequeath all the rest,

may consist, whereof I may die seized or possessed, to my
three sons, namely, ROBTsRT JAHN, ARTHUR LSS JAHN and DONALD "
J. JAHN, to be divided among them equally, share and share

FIl~'TH: In the event that any one or more
of my said Sons shall predecease me without leaving a~child or
children him surviving then, in said event, I give, devise and
bequeath the Share of the one or ones so dying to the survivors
or survivor~of them equally, share-and share alike.
} SIXTH: In-the event that any one or more of
my sons have not arrived at the age of twenty-one years at the

~ time of my death, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
_ ~ son, ROBBRT JA~IId, guardian of the person of my minor eon or sons
until he~or they shall arrive at the age of twenty-one years.
