ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN

The petition of JOY NORTH PILCHER for the appointment of a

guardian of the property and person of Leona M. Cook, coming on this
day to be heard and it appearing to the-court that said person .is
incompetent because of D%: Schizophrenic Reaction., Undifferentiated
Type and that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the -
court having jurisdiction and being fully advised;~it is
ADJUDGED that-JOY NORTH PILCHER is hereby appointed as guardian
of the property and person of Leona M. Cook, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said-JOY NORTH PILCHER is required to .file
a bond in the amount of ~ , ~~Q , Gtr/ payable to the Governor
of the-State of Florida and to his successors in office, conditioned
on the faithful performance of all duties by the guardian, according
