COMES NOW the Petitioner in the above cause, and represents to this
Court that service of process has been made constructively by publication .for
four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper qualified to publish legal advertise-
. ments, and also by the filing of the Notice of Adoption to the natural father,
BRUCE CORSON, JR. , and said natural father has failed, neglected and re-
fused to respond thereto, and that, as a matter of law, the Petitioner is en-
titled to a default .
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests this Court to enter a default against
the natural father for #ailure to respond, answer or plead to the Petition for
~ - Adoption filed herein.
