JAMES F. LITTMAN, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and
says: •
1.• Affiant is thoroughly familiar with the physical and mental
condition of the said Darrell L. Gregg.
2. Affiant knows of his own knowledge that the said Darrell L.
Gregg signed a Durable Family Power of Attorney to his wife, Elizabeth B.
Gregg by mark-on this date because his right arm and side are paralysed by
the stroke, he is right-handed, and is thus incapacitated to write with his
left hand. ~ -
3• Affiant knows that the said Darrell L. Gregg gave to his
wife, Elizabeth B. Gregg, his power of attorney freely and willingly, fully
.knowing, realizing and appreciating the consequence and meaning of his act.
