DONALD J. PETRINE,~as the duly appointed, qualified aad acEing Personal
Representative of the Estate of PATRICLA A. PETRINS, Deceased, respectfully .shows:
1. That one of the assets of the above styled estate is real property
hereinafter described:
Lot 8, less the West 5 feet thereof, Block 2,
WYLDWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 54, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. lrttat your Petitioner has entered into a contract to sell said property f

in accordance with the terms of said contract attached hereto as Exhibit A and

made a part hereof. ~
3. That it is in the best interest of said estate to sell said property
in accordance with said contract in order to pay debts of said estate and costs of
administration including attorney's fees. That there are not sufficient funds
in said. estate at this time to pay all claims against the estate or the cost of -

administration and attorney's fees; that the purchase price of $31,000.00 is a fair S

and equitable price of said property; that all of said purchase price shall be paid
in cash at closing with the exception of a second mortgage to the estate in the sum
I
i of $4,000.00.

! WHEREFORE, your Petitioner moves the Court to enter its Order authorizing
your Petitioner to sell said property in accordance with said contract for the
price set forth therein less the costs of said sale.
