• ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE -
THIS CAUSE coming on before this Court upon Petition of DOIQALD J. PETRINE,
as Personal Representative of the above estate and the Court haviag determined
that it is necessary to sell said property described in the Petition because
of the claims filed against the estate and that it is in the best. interest of the
estate that the property described in said Petition be sold to DAVID W. ACKER in
accordance with the terms of the copy of the contract attached to said Petition,
said sale being paid in cash with the exception of a second mortgage to the estate
in the sum of $4,000.00, less tax proration and the ordinary expenses of seller
incurred -in connection with said sale, it is therefore, '
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that DONALD J. PETRINE, as Personal Representative
of the above estate be authorized to sell the-following described property, to .wit: -
Lot 8, less the West 5 feet thereof, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARK
- SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in-Plat Book 5,
Page 54, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO DAVID W. ACKER for-$31,000.00 cash less tan proration and ordinary expenses-of

seller incurred in connection with said sale-. -
