- I, ~ JOSEPH GRUNi~LD, : a resident of Broward. County,
Florida, being of sound mind~nnd disposing memory, do hereby -
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, -
and I do hereby revoke all wills and=todicila by- me at any
time heretofore made. - -
FIRSTz I direct that there shall be first paid from -
- the assets of my estate all just debts owing by me at my death, .
-and the cost and expenses attendant upon my last illness and
internment. I also desire and direct that all estate and in-
heritance taxes, if any, which may be assessed against my estate,
be, paid out of the residue of n?Y estate so that all legatees and
devisees, except residuary legatees and devisees, shall receive
their legacies and devises without any apportionment for such
taxes.
SECOND:_ I direct that my remains be sent to FLUSHING
CBMETSRY, located at 163-06.- 46th Avenue, Flushing, New York,
s for permanent internment.

~ THIRD: I give to my grandchildren, LOUISE SUS KO.SLIN,

DEBORAH MSRLS KOSLIN and RALPH SAMUEL KOSLIN, ONS THOUSAND
($1,000.00) DOLLARS each. - -
FOURTH:. I give~to my daughter, CONSTANCS RUTH KOSLIN,
the sum of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) DOLLARS.

FIFTH: All the rest, remainder and residue of my
estate, both real and personal and wheresoever situated, I give,
devise and bequeath to my wife, KATHERINE SMITH GRUN~II~D.

SIXTH: In the event that my wife should predecease
me, my entire estate shall be distributed as follows Forty ~
(4096) percent thereof, to my daughter, CONSTANC$ RUTH KbSLIN,
