- ~ SEVENTH: In the event that mY wife and I should die
. as.~,a? result of. a common disaster or under circumstances wfiich -
would make it difficult to determine which of us died first, I
direct tliht my-wife shall be deemed to have predeceased me.
- EIGHTH: I hereby nominate constitute and appoint '
my wife, KATHERYNB SMITH GRUNWALD, to serve as the Executrix of
my estate and to serve without bond. -If for any reason she. shall
predecease me or fail to qualify as such, then-I do hereby -

appoint_ICBNN~TH N. ReKANT in her place and stead, also to serve
without bond. ~Y $xecutrix or her ,substitute shall have full .
power to manage, sell, lease, mortgage or dispose of all or any
-part of my property, and for such purposes, prices, terms, credits
or conditions as she or he may deem advisable without leave of
court.
NINTH: If any portion of my estate shall be payable
to a beneficiary who is less than twenty-one (21) years of age,
such portion shall immediately vest in such beneficiary but dis-

tribution thereof shall be postponed by my personal representative

j who is appointed Trustee for such purpose, without bond, until
such beneficiary-attains the age of twenty-one (21) years, and
in the meantime the said Trustee shall pay such part of the in-
-come of 'such portion, and the principal thereof, as the Trustee
~ shall deem necessary or proper, to provide for such beneficiary's
suitable support, education and maintenance.
