Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this-Receipt, acknowledges that this

respect to the Declaration pf GSindominium as to the condominium in which his unit is
located and Exhibits attached :thereto, including :brit not-:limited to (whetherthe same are

copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and alb Amend- f
ments to the aforesaid Declamation and Exhibits and the.Article5 of Incorporation, By=Laws
and Declaration of Covenants-and Restrictions of thp Property Owners' Association; and '
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration,
its Exhibits, and•budget,~sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that. each and
every provision of the foregoing. is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is in the best-interests and for. the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium
covenant and agree~to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions of said Declaratio~''of Condominium and Exhibits attached -
thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents f
referred to above and the provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and
said Purchaser ackrnowledges and confirms that. the Declaration of Covenants. and Restrictions
of the Property Owners' Association has encumbe"red and impressed a lien upon the Condo-
minium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations. under the
said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Avners' Association and
said Purchaser assumes the obligations.as to the Property Owners' Association as to his
condominium-parcel, Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induce- -
ments,~if any, are as contained 'in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property~Owners' .
Association and~other charges-are estimated only. -No warranty or guaranty is made or '
intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said-Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. _
