I THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the motion for order of
I~ t
(contempt and the parties having appeared before the Court and the
Ijparties through their. attorneys having stipulated that this matter
;shall be held in abeyance pending further hearing and, further,
'that the Wife, ELIZABETH M. CLARK; the Husband, DAVID A. CLARK,
4~and the present husband, RICHARD W. KNIGHT, having stipulated ~.n

iopen court that all three parties shall submit themselves fora
i
i~ i
polygraph examination by an examiner approved by the Department of
(Health & Rehabilitative Services, Division of Family Services, and
i ;:that such Division perform such tests within thirty (30) days from
;`date hereof and that the results of each test, insofar as the minor:
:,:child is concerned, shall be submitted to the Court and that the
l
~ ,parties having agreed that the-Court can then give such weight to
~ _
~ ;such results as the Court deems proper and that the costs for such
i Fexamination can be assessed against the rion-prevailing parties in
::this matter, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the motion for order of contempt be held in abeyance'
until further Order of this Court.
_ 2. That the Wife, ELIZABETH M. CLARK, the Husband, DAVID A.
:CLARK, and the present husband, RICHAP.D W. KNIGHT, shall submiC

;themselves to a polygraph examination within thirty (30) days
