PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE DEED.
{
THIS DEED executed the day of , 1980, ,
between GSORGB F. KRUG, JR., as Personal Represe tative of the Estate
of George F. Krug, deceased, .party of the First Part, and GEORGE F. }
KRUG, JR., and ALICE P. KRUG, as joint tenants with right of survivor-
ship, parties of the Second Part, whose mailing address is: 6240
Indian .School Road, N.E., Apartment B-240, Alburquerque, New Mexico
87110.
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the First Part, in compliance with and pur-
suant to the Last Will and Testament of George F. Krug, deceased,
grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and con-
firms to the parties of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns
forever, that real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described ~
as follows:
The North 62.10 feet of Lot 22 and the East 25
feet of the North 62.10 feet of Lot 21 Revised
Plat of Home Acres, Unit No. 2, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 42,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all~and singular the tenements, hereditaments and

appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same to the parties of the Second Part,_their
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the First Part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of George F. Krug, deceased, has set
his hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
