Start at the Northeast corner of-Section 25, Township 37
South, Range 40 East, thence run North 89°55' Weat along
the-North line of said. Section 25, a distance of 995.30
feet to a concrete monument for the point of beginning;
thence continue to run North 89°55' West along-the North -
line of Section 25, a distance of 250 feet to the shore _
line of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River; thence
- -meander said shore line Southeasterly a distance of 120
•feet, more or. leas,. to the point_of intersection with a
line that is parallel to the said North line of Section 25
and 100 feet Southerly thereof, as measured on the '
perpendicular; thence run South 89°55' East.a distance of 165
. feet, more or less, to-the point of intersection with a line
that. bears South 00°OS'•West from the point of beginning;
thence run North 00°QS` East a distance of 100 feet to the .
point of beginning; the above described tract of land being
located in the Northwest corner of Government Lot 1, Section
25, Township 3~7 South, Range 40 East;~together with all
riparian rights thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
. ing; an easement, in common with others, over that certain.
_ 15 foot private road, lying ad3acent thereto along the North
line of said Government Lot 1 and extending to the Westerly
terminus of Britt Road; and, an easement, in common with
others, over the East 30 feet of the West 280 feet of 'the

to that certain easement for private road over the North 7 1/2
