NOTICE IS GIVEN that suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. -
Luc ie County, Florida, on -the o1 day of July, 1980, by STIIART
PAINT & SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., Plaintiff, against PETER P. NAIMO
and CARMEL E. NAIMO, his wife, Defendants..
_ The property involved is that certain-lot, parcel or
piece of-land situate, lying and being wholly within Martin_County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
i Lot 16, in Block 409, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3
t according to :the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 12, at Page 13 and 13 A through-131
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought in this suit is the enforcement of a
