MABBL R. BASTMAN RBVOCABLS TRUST AGRSBMBNT .
•THIS TRUST AGREBMBNT, made this 1979
between !!ARSE R. BASTMAN, hereinafter called "Settlor", and SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIB COONTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its cor-
porate successor, hereinafter called "Trustee"f
ARTICLE I
The Settlor hereby transfers and delivers to Trustee
certain cash, securities and real estate which shall constitute
the trust-estate and the Settlor shall use the trust estate for
the uses and. purposes and upon the terms and conditions herein-
after set forth.
ARTICLE II
.The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest the
trust estate and shall collect the income thereof and shall
dispose of the net income and principal as follows:
. A. During the lifetime of the Settlor, the Trustee .
shall gay to or apply for the benefitof the Settlor all
~f net income in monthly installments, together with
such payments from principal as the Settlor may request
in writing from time to time. if the Settlor should
become unable for any reason to continue her normal
activity or to act in her own behalf the Trustee may
pay to or apply for the benefit of Settlor .such amounts
from the principal of the trust estate, up to the whole
thereof, as the Trustee may from time to time deem
..advisable for Settlor's -use and benefit.
B. In order to continue the .annual gift program of
Settlor at Christmas time, the Trustee is directed to _
make annual cash gifts at Christmas time in the amount
of Two Hundred Twenty-Five ($225.00) Dollars to DOROTHY
L. De1ROSS0 and Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars to
RUTH A. MORRIS.
C. During Settlor's lifetime, the Trustee shall pay to
Grantor's daughter, RUTH MORRIS, the sum of Fifty
($50.00) Dooars per month for incidental expenses of
Grantor.
