D. Upon the death of. Settlor,- this Trust shall cease
and terminate and the then balance, both income and
principal, shall be distributed outright equally to
Grantor's daughters, DOROTHY L. De1ROSS0 and RUTH A.
- MORRIS, per stirpes. - -
ARTICLE -III
The Settlor reserves the right for herself or for any
other person to increase the trust estate by the delivery of -
-additional property to the Trustee or by bequests or devises
from Settlor's or any other person's Last will and Testament.
- ARTICLE IV -
The Trustee shall, to-the extent that the assets of
Settlor's estate are .insufficient therefor, gay the coats of - _
administration of Settlor's estate, funeral expenses and any
legacy, inheritance or estate taxes imposed upon Settlor's
estate.
ARTICLE V
-The Trustee shall have-all of the duties, powers and
responsibilities granted to Trustees under. Chapter 737, Florida

ARTICLE VI
Settlor reserves the right at any time, and fraaa time -

~ to time, by instrument in writing delivered to the Trustee, to
amend, modify or revoke this Trust in whole or in part.
ARTICLE- VII
All powers and•duties of the Trustee and all questions
of interpretation of this Trust Agreement shall be governed by -
