schedule which is in effect at the time such. compensation
- becomes payable.
. ARTICLE IX
The Trustee shall have the right to resign at any time
upon sixty (60) days written notice to all benef icfaries, and
upon such resignation the Settlor shall appoint a successor
-Trusteef and in the event of the failure, refusal or inability
of the Settlor to do so, then the Trustee of the Trust may _
secure the appointment of a successor Trustee by a. Court of
competent jurisdiction.
This agreement shall extend to and be binding upon the
heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives and suc- -
cessors, respectively, of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WBEREOF, the Settlor and the Trustee have
