South East 11th. Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is entitled to

Personal Representative by a .majority in interest of the persons

giver and Joinder which is being filed simultaneously herewith.
8. The probate estate of this decedent consists of real
roperty having approximate value of •twenty'five thousand dollars.,
($25,000.00) and personal property having an approximate value of
five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). ~ i
9. The Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or codicil

WHEREFORE, the Petitioner respectfully requests that the.
