references to the -Property; Borrower, I~sader and Note contaued in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto :hall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provLdons
herby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage. _
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty year:
