THIS CAUSE having been heard by the Court, on the verified Peti-
tion for Adoption herein filed and the consents hereto of the parties
herein involved, and it appearing that the best interests of the child
will be promoted by this adoptio~t, and the Court being otherMise fully
advised in the premises, it is
08DEHED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child is declared to be the
legal child of the Petitioners, HSNHY C. WYCKOFF and BSTSYSUSAN BLETHEN
WYCKOFF, his Wife, and is given the name of MARIANNE HOSE WYCKOFF, by
which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is further

child and legal heir of the Petitioners, entitled to all rights and priv-
ileges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioners,
