AMENDMENT TO INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned
HARRY C. HERMAN and MARIEN R. HERMAN, hfs wife, and MARIE H.
ROST, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE AND NO/100
($1.00). DOLLAR, paid to them in hand, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, do hereby amend their certain Installment
Sale Agreement in which they were -referred to as Seller dated
November 3, 1978 by and between LEWIS E. WOLVERTON and ARLENE R.
WOLVERTON, his wife.for the sale of LOT 1, BLOCR 42, RIVER PARR,
UNIT 4, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as set forth
in Plat Book 11, Page 9, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in the following particulars:
1. Paragraph 3-B of the aforesaid Agreement dated
November 3,-1978 and filed for record on November 7, 1978 in O.
R. Book 297,-Page 1462 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida is hereby amended to read as follows:

B. The entire balance of principal and
accumulated interest shall be due and payable in full within
three (3) years from the date of the signing of the aforesaid
Note, reserving unto the Makers thereof the right to prepay all
or any portion thereof at any time without penalty.
_ 2. In all other respects the aforesaid Installment
Sale Contract is ratified and reaffirmed in full.
