ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on the 25th day of July,
1980, upon the Wife's petition for temporary relief, and the
Court having examined the sworn petition and having heard
sworn testimony from the Wife that she was in fear of her
life due to the acts of the Husband, and also having heard
testimony from the Wife that she requests that this Court
enter a temporary restraining order and also having heard
sworn testimony from the Wife that she is financially unable
to post a bond for the issuance of a temporary restraining
order, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon ordered and adjudged as follows:
1. The petition for temporary relief of the Wife, Nancy
R. Jackson, be, and is hereby ordered granted, and Gary R.
Jackson, be, and is hereby ordered enjoined and restrained
from interferring with, assaulting, battering, batherinq,
harrassing or otherwise interferrinq with Nancy R. Jackson and
the several sher~.ffs of the State of Florida be, and are
hereby ordered to be authorized and empowered to enforce this
restraining order without fuxther order of this-Court and to
take Gary R. Jackson into custody and to incarcerate him for
any acts committed in the presence of said sheriffs or their
