ORDER .
THIS CAUSE came before this Court on the 25th day of July,
1980 upon the Husband's request for temporary relief. The Wife
appeared and was represented by counsel who advised the Court
that he had been retained only a short tune prior to the hearing
and who ob~ected.to the notice and requested a continuance to - .
prepare. The Court notes that the Wife was served .at 7:49 P.M.
on July 24, 1980. Having considered the Wife's oral request for
continuance, the matters of record in this cause and being other-
wise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the request for continuance be,
and the same is hereby granted, and this cause is hereby con- .
~ tinued until reset by either party upon proper notice.
