in full. The undersigned by his signature unconditionally personally
guarantees the payment of the sums promised to be paid.- Maker may prepay in
whole or in part at any time but if maker prepays, maker will have to .pay all
of the interest the maker would have paid if maker had not prepaid and had
made all of thz monthly payments. Maker shall also pay the additional sum

from March 1, 1980. .
This note is intended by EDDIE LEE MARTIN to replace the note signed by him
dated March 17, 1980. This note is being signed so as to correct clerical
mistake in that the rate of interest of fifteen per cent (15$) was
-inadvertently omitted from the note dated March 17, 1980. Maker, EDDIE LEE
MARTIN, expressly intends this note to replace the note of 1Karch 17, 1980.

This torte with interest is- secured by a mortgage on real estate, of even date herewith, made by the maker hereof in favor of the said
payee, and shall be coascrucd and eoforeed according co the laws of the State of Fbrida. Tlse terms of s:id mortgage are by this reference
made a part hereof. -
