deceased, the owner and holder. of a certain judgment dated
June 2, 1980, in that certain cause in which PATSY O. ADAMS
is Plaintiff, and ARTHUR DAVIS d/b/a ACTION MART, PENINSULAR
.FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, and CALVIN SMITH are Defendants,
the same being Case Number 79-105 CA, the said judgment
having been entered in O. R. Book 332, page 1409,. of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, has received
all amounts due from PENINSULAR FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY under -
said judgment and hereby requests and orders the Clerk of

the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida to

cancel said judgment as against PENINSULAR FIRE INSURANCE
COMPANY. -
