O R D E R
THIS CAOSB came before the Court on the Plaintiff's'
motion to strike affirmative defenses, and the Court having
read the pleadings and the aotion to strike affirmative de-
fenses and having heard argument of couasel and being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED aad ADJDDGBD: -
1. In the siath line of the first affirmative defense,
the words "the Plaintiff cannot recover against these Defendants"
are stricken; -
2. -The Third Affirmative Defense is stricken in its
entirety;
3. The Bighth Affirmative Defense is'stricken in its
~ entirety;
- 4. The Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses is in -
all other respects denied.
