THIS CAUSE came oh for trial this 17th .day of August,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence,-finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction over -
the parties and subject matter of this suit; Florida is the state
of the marital domicile, the wife has been a resident of~the State
of Florida for more than six (6) months prior to the filing of
this -action, and the husband has been personally served in
Chicago, Illinois; the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and the marriage between-the par-ties is
.irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
