BRINSLEY, therein is hereby extinguished. 3. SPBCIAL EQUITY IN INTANGIBLE~PROPERTY. The wife, JUDY A. BRiNSLE~Y, has special equity by reason of her unusual contributions in a Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $2,500..00. The husband, NORMAN S. BRINSLEY, is directed to return said Certificate of Deposit to the wife within thirty (30) days . from date hereof. Upon the husband's failure to do so within the time allowed, this shall constitute a judgment against him in the amount of $2,SOO.OO,~which shall be paid out of the husband's share of the sale of the property~of the parties located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as: - Lot 23, Block 16, RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, Unit 2, Plat Book 10, Page 72, of the Public Records•of _ St. Lucie County, Florida. - 4. RETURN OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AND JUDGMENT THEREFOR.- The husband, NORMAN S. BRINSLEY, shall return wife's 1.3 carat diamond ring to her within thirty (30) days from date hereof. - I Upon the husband's failure to do so in a timely fashion; JUDY A.
