there is hereby assessed a sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in -
effect.
6. EXCLU3IVB POSSESSION OF TIIE MARITAL HOME. The wife,
JUDY A. BRINSLBY, be-and she is hereby awarded the exclusive
possession of the warital home, more particularly described in
Paragraph 3, to continue until August 1, 1981, or until her

remarriage or voluntary sale,:if-~sooner. Involuntary partition of
the property shall be withheld during the exclusive possession
granted herein.
LUMP SUM ALIMONY. The wife, ,JUDY A. BRINSLEY, be
and she is hereby awarded the furniture and furnishings and dogs
in the marital home as lump sum alimony. ~ -
8. RESTORATION OF NAME. JUDY A. BRINSLEY, be and she-
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of JUDY A. CLOSE
and to use the name in all respects as if the said marriage had
not intervened.
9. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$750.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his. services
herein.- NORMAN S. BRINSLEY is ordered to pay said attorney said
