THIS CAUSE-COMING on to be heard upon the motion of the
Receiver of TURTLE REEF to consolidate this action with a pending
action in the Circuit Court of St: Lucie County, Florida, entitled
ROBERT A . EPPERSON vs. TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC. ,
et al. , being Case No. 79-601, and it appearing that the Circuit Court
Judge of St. Lucie County has requested that alt causes arising from

the operation of TURTLE REEF be consolidated into one action, and
this request seeming reasonable to the Court; it is
ORDEREL' that this cause be and the same is hereby transferred
to the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Ftorida, to be consolidated
with Case No. 79-601, entitled ROBERT A . EPPERSC'N. vs. TURTLE
