tenance authori$ed'by~this Article, the Association, through its duly
authorised agents or employees, shall have the right, after reasonable
notice to the owner, to enter upon any I.ot during the daylight hours of
any day except Sunday.
ARTICLE V
ARCHITBGTURAL CONTROL
1. euildfng Approval. No building, fence, wall, structure or
other improve~aent shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon the
Properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or_change or alteration
therein be made until the plans and specifications showing-the nature, _
kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same shall have been
submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony-of external design
and location fn relation to surrounding structures and topography by the
Board of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural committee
composed of three-(3) or more representatives appointed by the Board.
In the event the Board, or its designated committee, fails to approve or
disapprove such design and location within thirty (30) days after said
plans and specifications have_been submitted to it, approval will not be
required and. this Article will~be deemed to have been fully complied

I ARTICLE VI
USE AND BUILDING RESTRICTIONS
1. Residential Use. The Lots in the subdivision shall be used for
the construction of single family residential dwellings. Said dwelling
shall contain no less than one thousand seven hundred and fifty (1,750)
square feet of living area and shall otherwise have the approval
required under Article V.
2. Nuisances. Nothing shall be done or maintained on any Lot

which may be or is an annoyance or nuisance to other Owners. In the
event of a dispute or. question as to what may be or is a nuisance, such
dispute or question shall be submitted to the Board of Directors of the
Association which shall render a decision in writing, which decision
shall be diapositive of such dispute or question.
