quietly to enter upon, hold, occaupy, and enjoy acid land, and every part thereof; that the land is and wdl remain free from all encum-

And shall duly . Promptly, and fully perform, discharge, execute, effect, complete, and comply with and abide by each and every the
stipulatioru, agreement,:, condItiorls, and covenmtt of acid promissory note and of this mortgage, Then this mortgage and the estate hereby
created shall cease and be null and void.
And the mortgsgor further covenants as follows:

to one or more monthly payments on the prlndpal that are next due on the note, al the ftrt day of my month prior to maturity:
