3, To pay all and singular the costs, charges and expenses, including a reasonable attorney i fee, incur-

comply with and abide 6y each and every the attpulalions, agreements, conditions and covenants of said note
and this mortgage. or either, and every such payment shall- bear interest from date of incurrence at the rate of
TWELVE per cent. per annum. -
4. To keep said goods, chattels and personal property, all and singular, in said County, sub)oct to the
inspection of said Mortgagee, and in the event any items 6e removed or levied on- or subject to levy in any
litigation, the Mortgagee shall have the option to declare, without notice. the entire sums hereby aecur+ed
payable forthwith.
5. To permit, commit or sutler no waste, impairment or deterioration of said goods, chattels or personal
property. or any part thereof.
6. To .perform, comply with and d6ide by each and every the stipulations, agreements. conditions and
rnve?ranfs in said note- and in this mortgage set forth. _ .
7. 1f any of said sums of money herein referred to be not promptly and fully-paid as the same severally
become due and payable, or if each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions and covenants of said
promissory note and this mortgage, or either, are not duly performed, complied with and abided 6y, the 'said
aggregate sum mentioned in said note and this .mortgage and each !hereof shall become due and payable forth-
. with or !hereof ter at the option of the Mortgagee, as fully and completely as if the said aggregate sum payable
6y virtue of said note and this mortgage, each and every, were originally stipulated to be paid on suck day,
anything in said note or herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
