has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judg-

and-is, as of this date _ -July 25 ,1980 , in arrears ~ 453.00 includ-
ing Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt. by hereafter paying the $ 463.00 arrearage
month month
at the rate of $ 50.00 per/xuk, each and every commencing _ August 1~ 1980
These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 200.00 per _ moat -
month
support payments provided for above, making a total payment of 3S2S0.00 per/~c,
plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00.- Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check
or money order. If Respondent LAWRENCE W. POLR - does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the Petitioner
to show cause why he should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for 30 days.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry -
of such further orders as. may be proper.
