IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that JAMES w. BEALL~ JR.
has failed to pay the child support as recµired by the Final Judgment/Order of this
Court entered on the 7th day of September , 19 ],1,__,. and is, as
of this date July 25, 1980 , in arrears $ 3.613.00 , in-
cluding Court Costa, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 3613.0 0
arrearage at the rate of $ 10.0 O per week, each and every week commencing
August 1, 198 0 These payments to be in addition to the regular
$ 25.00 per week support payments provided for above, snaking a
i, total payment of $ 35 : 00 per week ,plus the Statutory Clerk's few

of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent
MFS W _ BEALL . JR _ does not purge himself of his contempt as provided for
above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner, to shoe cause -
why he should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for days.
FURTHER ORDERHD Respondent shall Qive Petitioner two (2) days
notice of intent to exercise visitation.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
