ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that FRANCIS CONRAD has will-
fullq failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of
this Court entered on the Sth day of-~September, 1978, and is,~as of this. date :July 25,
1980, in arrears $805.00 including Court Costs, it is
ORDBR® AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by paying the $805.00 arrearage within six (6)
months or on or before January 23, 1981. Commencing Friday, August 1, 1980, regular
child support payments of $20.00 per week shall be made each and every week. Payments
to include in addition the $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee sad made to the Clerk of Circuit
court in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent FRANCIS CONRAD does not
purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affi-

~ davit of the Petitioner to serve THIRTY (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
~ JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of _
such further orders as ma be ro er.
