IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that THBODORE ROOSSVBLT GII.CHRIST
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child- support as required by the ~iEn~bcs~az~-
meat/Order of this Court entered on the 30th day of -January 1990 ,
and is, as of this date July 25, 1980 , in arrears ~ 410.00 ~ includ-
ing Court Casts, it is .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 410.00 arrearage
at the-rate of $ 10.00 per week, each and every week commencing August 1, 1980 .
These payments to be in addition to the regular $15.00 per week -
support payments provided for above, making a total payment of $25.00 per week,
plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check
or money order. If Respondent THEODORB ROOSBVBLT GII.CHRIST does not purge himself of his
contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the Petitioner
to show cause why he should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for 30 days:
