the laws of the United Ststes of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Mi 11 i an1 Hewitt and
Rose Hewitt, his wife
dated MSrch 18 19 74 ,and recorded
in the public rocordi of $t. LUCie County, Florida, in OR Book 225 on page
270 ,securing the payment of the sum of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100--------------
covering propery in the County of St. LUCie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its VicePresident
