\ SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the certain
mortgage and indebtedness-secured thereby executed by BART
M. HACKLEY, SR., as Trustee (Mortgagor) dated December 14, -
1978, recorded at O.R. Book 301, Page 297, of the Public Records
of St. .Lucie County, Florida, to Paul D. Moore and Shelby B.
Moore, his wife, (Mortgagees) encumbering the following
described real property situated in-St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit
Tract B, COASTAL COVE, UNIT-ONE, according to the -
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 71,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At the request of the Mortgagor and in consideration
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other-good and valuable considerations,
inuring to the undersigned Mortgagees, the said Mortgagees.
do hereby subordinate the lien and operation of the above-described
mortgage to the lien-and operation of that .certain mortgage
and indebtedness secured thereby executed by said Mortgagor, -
joined by his wife, Audrey T. Hackley, to First Federal Savings
~ Loan Association. of Fort Pierce, executed the 9th day of -

June 1980, and recorded at O.R. Book 334 at

Page 246 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ securing the sum of $380.,000.00 and encumbering the above-
described real property; and the undersigned do hereby subordinate

their mortgage to the-said mortgage lien of First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of Fort Pierce as if the said mortgage lien
of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce had
been signed-and recorded prior to and in advance of the mortgage
held by the undersigned. -
This Subordination Agreement is being given and con-
ditioned.upon the following terms and covenants:
1. The undersigned Mortgagees shall not be obligated
~ for the payment of any such mortgage loan given by the said -
Mortgagor to First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort
Pierce or any part thereof.
