references to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Noss contained in the above described master form of _

and the Note deilned herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the oompkte text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANT'S. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option w;thin twenty years
from .the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, aliaD be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissocS? notes stating that rrid
