that the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of-Ten Ibllars (10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to them
in hand paid by the said Party(s) of the Second. Part, the receipt whereof
is hereby aclrnowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s)
of the Second Part, heirs and assigns 'forever, the following described real
property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and-State of Florida,
as follows: -
Condominium Parcel No. 7136 of CATAMARAN II, a
Condominium according to-Tie Declaration. of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
.Book 334, Pages 2451 through 2549, and any amend-
ments thereto, of the Public Records-of St. .Lucie
~ County, Florida. '
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(sj
of~the Second Part do hereby agree to assume tlie~follawing:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, ease-
ments and other matters of record; however, this reference
shall not operate to reimpose any of the same.
• 3. 'Ihe Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
~ 4. 'Ihe Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of
~ Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's
- Association, Inc., a plorida non-profit corporation, the
provisions of which documents run with the land. 'The Grantee(s)
assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association. -
